1) Definitions. “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Dermalion Labs. “Services” means our website, content, and related features. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor or user of our Services.
2) Eligibility. You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3) Account & security. If any account features are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activities under your account.
4) Product information & patch tests. Our content is educational and not medical advice. Always perform a patch test before first use and follow label directions.
5) Orders & payments. By placing an order, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
6) Pricing, duties, and taxes. Prices may change without notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or import fees assessed by your jurisdiction.
7) Shipping & risk of loss. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dermalion Labs harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in laws or our practices. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
